Refund & Cancellation Policy

Lucid LMS is a learning management platform that enables teachers to offer classes and manage students online. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled on the platform.

1. Platform Role

Lucid LMS acts solely as a technology provider. Teachers are responsible for the content, pricing, and delivery of their classes. Payments made by students are primarily for the teacher’s services.

2. Student Refunds

Refunds for classes or subscriptions are determined by the respective teacher’s refund policy. Lucid LMS does not guarantee refunds for student payments unless explicitly stated by the teacher.

3. Platform Fees

Platform fees charged by Lucid LMS (such as service or transaction fees) are non-refundable, even if a teacher or student cancels participation.
